Our process starts off with a consultation to discuss your project goals, budget and timeline.

Once you are ready to move forward with your project, owner and architect Greg Terch creates a set of custom drawings, a budget and a schedule that will be adhered to throughout the process.

Your home remodel or build begins! Permits are obtained, floor plans finalized, and a team of experienced professionals manages your project from start to finish.
